§4  Rotor Systems & Airframe

Every TR-4 is bench-tuned, mass-verified to 249 grams, and flight-logged before it leaves the shop.

  1. Fig. 1 Airframe core

    Unibody carbon tub. Carries the flight controller, IMU, and 4S pack; rated to 8 G.

  2. Fig. 2 Propulsion boom

    Swept arm, bolted through two points. Field-swaps in under a minute with a 2 mm hex.

  3. Fig. 3 Rotor set

    2006 brushless with 3-blade 5.1″ props, each balanced under 0.1 g before pairing.

  4. Fig. 4 Camera gimbal

    3-axis stabilized head on silicone isolators. Horizon trims in software, not by shim.
